Players wishing to be considered for Football Queensland Premier League Squads are required to contact the club at headcoach@capalababulldogs.com

The club’s Technical Director and Team Coaching Staff will initially screen the player expression of interests and contact players directly with confirmation of Player Identification dates.

If selected, an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required by the last scheduled Talent ID / Trial date. NPL Program positions will be forfeited and offered to another identified player if a commitment is not made by this date.

Capalaba FC's Expectations of Players:

  • Players must be prepared to work within a flexible coaching framework

  • Players will be required for 3 contact training sessions a week

  • Games are scheduled weekly and a minimum of 90% attendance is required over the season

  • All teams will work to a set Periodisation (Training Plan) based on 6 week blocks

  • Pre-season training commitments begin in early January

  • Liaise with specialist coaching staff (e.g. S&C coach, GK coach, etc.) as and when required

  • 2 x Player / Parent Interviews to review player performance.(End of May and Mid-September 2025)

All three players played a crucial role in a resilient and character defining season.

The program includes:

  • Qualified Accredited Coaching Staff (FFA C License and above)

  • Support Personnel – Sports Science, Physiotherapy Triage, Sports Trainer/ Physio attendance at all home games

  • 3 nights per week of training, 9 month season of friendly, pre-season and fixture matches

  • All playing equipment

  • All referee, coaching, club & equipment fees

  • Match analysis sessions

  • Player assessments

  • FFA/FQ registration

  • Player insurance
