NPL WOMEN - EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST 2026

Capalaba FC is seeking expressions of interest for our First Team and U23 ladies teams next season. Join a Football Club rich in tradition within the women's game that provides a culture of respect in the pursuit of excellence, both on and off the field. After your registration is processed, we will provide you with the upcoming trial dates.

FOREVER A BULLDOG

During our End of Season awards held on the 4th of October, we were proud to unveil our latest initiative. The 'Forever a Bulldog' project.

All members of the current playing group were presented with a customised medallion with their Bulldog number etched on the back, a tradition we will keep moving forward.

Capalaba FC's Expectations of NPL Women’s Players:

  • Players must be prepared to work within a flexible coaching framework

  • Players will be required for 3 contact training sessions a week

  • Identified players will work on a familiarisation program of 1 (one) training session a week leading up to December

  • Games are scheduled weekly

  • Some travel to Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast for games will be required

  • All teams will work to a set Periodisation (Training Plan) based on 6 week blocks

  • 2 x Player / Parent Interviews to review player performance.(End May and End August 2023)

  • To liaise with specialist coaching staff (i.e: Conditioning Coach, Club Physio, Goalkeeping Coach) regarding player performance or to enlist their services within team training sessions when required.

The program includes:

  • Qualified Accredited Coaching Staff

  • Support Personnel – Sports Science, Sports Trainer/ Physio attendance at all home games

  • 3 night per week of training

  • 10 month season of friendly, pre-season and fixture matches

  • Playing uniform

  • All game day match fees and coaching fees

  • Player assessments

  • FFA/FQ registration

  • Player insurance
