Capalaba Football Club is pleased to announce that Rhys Lambert has signed for the 2019 Football Queensland Premier League season.

Rhys Lambert joins Capalaba FC for the 2019 FQPL season

Rhys played for NPL champions and power house Palm Beach Sharks, from there moved overseas playing NCAA Division 2 for Montana State University, which saw him lead as captain of the team from 2015. Then in 2016, Lambert spent time at Seattle Sounders in the Under 23 premier development squad over the American summer.

For the 2017/18 season Rhys travelled to England and was offered the opportunity to play with teams in Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool in the Evostik Northern Premier League and the Conference North but decided to return home to pursue other opportunities.
