Ready to give football a go but not quite ready to join a team? Girls United Social Sessions kick off at Capalaba FC soon!

Girls United is a social women's football program which we are running in partnership with Football Queensland. Girls United Social Sessions are the perfect entry into football for women wanting to build their skills, meet new friends and get moving - no experience necessary!

Each session involves a mix of skills, drills, and small-sided games, led by friendly FQ coaches. If you've been considering getting back into football, having a kick around for the first ever time, or just want to play socially, this is the perfect opportunity!
