2020 NPL Player Announcement

The first player signing of for a new season is significant, and in Capalaba FC's case, there may not be a more significant signing for 2020 than local boy, Jake Sherwood.

Jake had a stellar season in 2019, leading the way both on and off the pitch and capping it all off by being named in the Football Queensland FQPL Team of the Season.

Head Coach David Booth had this to say “Jake is a Capalaba player through and through, not only does he show that true Bulldog grit, he is also a well-rounded footballer. He is strong both technically and physically and also showed true leadership throughout the 2019 season. I am extremely excited to have Jake back on board for yet another season as Capalaba look to take the NPL by storm”
