August 2-4 2019

Our annual fundraising event for women, men and children cancer charities is back for 2019. This year will have a slightly revised format with three days of events and plenty of football action from grass roots to state league

PINK SHIRTS

Part of the tradition is our famous Pink Kits which have a revised look for each season. We encourage each team to organise shirts to play in for the weekend to do this each player must order online selecting design, size and number. It is suggested your team manager co-ordinate this order process to ensure this occurs seamlessly. Shirts are $40 each and are ordered through our online store

HOW DO WE MAKE THIS ALL HAPPEN?

As this is a fundraising event for cancer charities the success of the weekend will rely on volunteer support. We are looking for key coordinators to volunteer for specific elements of the weekend. You can rally as many people as you would like to support you in the role however you will be the main point of contact to make sure we have a streamlined and organised process. The key roles are below:

Raffle Coordinator: Organise donations, contact sponsors for donations, organise manning of the raffle table and mobile sales of tickets for the two days.

Fundraising Games Coordinator: Organise setup and manning of the stations (Lob-a-choc, face paining, hair colouring, head shaving - new ideas welcomed) collate donations via age-group coordinators.

Novelty Event Coordinator: There are a number of ideas floating around for this part of the weekend however there is always room for more. Once this is decided organising the event and its operations will be required.

Other key roles have already been allocated however if you would like to nominate for one of the roles above or need some more information please email pinkday@capalababulldogs.com
