Our fields are some of the best in Brisbane, thanks to our volunteers.
Did you know that at the height of growing season, all the fields are mowed up to 3 times per week. During the slower periods, they are mowed 1-2 times per week. When you consider that the average length of time it takes to mow 1 x field is 45 minutes, and we have 3 full size fields, plus all the Miniroos fields. This can take its toll on the people who volunteer to mow our fields.
Capalaba FC is looking for people who can spare a couple of hours a week to help mow the fields or whipper snip the edges around the fields etc. If you don't know how to mow, but would like to learn. We can teach you!
